Shipping Policy – Multan Zest

At Multan Zest, all our fruits are freshly picked from our farms in Multan and packed with care to ensure they reach you in the best condition.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number on your provided contact details so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery usually takes 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service.

As we deal in fresh fruits, every order is packed carefully to maintain quality, taste, and freshness during delivery.

To confirm and process your order, we offer the following payment options:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers choosing COD are required to pay 50% of the order value in advance. The remaining 50% can be paid upon delivery.
Full Advance Payment: Customers who pay the full amount in advance will receive free shipping, and the standard shipping charge of Rs. 350 will be waived.

These measures help us reduce order cancellations and ensure fresh fruit is reserved and packed specifically for you.

Due to the perishable nature of fruits, we do not offer returns or refunds once the order has been dispatched.

We make sure every box is checked before shipping to maintain our quality standards.

Free Shipping: On all orders above Rs. 10,000
Free Shipping on Full Advance Payment: Shipping charges are waived for customers who pay the full order amount before dispatch
